Check In Time: 14:00 / Check Out: until 12:00, after this time, there will be a 50% surcharge in case of Late Check - Out until 17:00 pm, after this time the surcharge will be 100%
To guarantee your reservation you must pay the value of the first night with a credit card or cash payment.
In case of NON-REFUNDABLE RATES, the full payment will have to be made at the time of booking.
The payment of the accommodation is AT CHECK-IN in all cases.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD cards with a 6% surcharge.
All cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance, otherwise the value of the first night will be charged as a penalty. The same applies for early departure.
In case of No Show, the first night will be charged.
The Hostel is not responsible for loss of personal items within the facilities of the establishment, if they are not delivered to reception for safekeeping.
There will be a charge of USD 3.00 per each, in case of loss or damage of the key of the room or the lockers.
Any damage caused to the property, (sheets, towels, curtains, furniture, facilities, etc.) inside or outside the rooms, will be assumed by the guest. These will be reviewed at Check Out.
Rates DO NOT include breakfast, however, we offer a 25% discount on any of our A la carte breakfast at Mama Olla restaurant.
All foreign clients must present at the time of registration, their passport with the stamp of Migrations, or identity card and their migration card to exempt the payment of the VAT. If you do not present them, you must pay the 18% tax (IGV), in addition to the rate.
All Peruvian or foreign passengers resident in the country must present their National Identity Card or Registration Card, and this is subject to the payment of the IGV tax. In the case of a company, an Invoice must be issued, and an additional 18% VAT must be charged according to law.
Visits of any kind are not allowed inside the rooms.
Only ONE PERSON is allowed per bed. If this is not respected, the establishment will apply a penalty.
It is prohibited the traffic, trade and consumption of tobacco, drugs of any kind, alcoholic beverages inside the rooms and of the establishment, under the legal sanctions.
Any breach of these policies will be sanctioned with the withdrawal of the guest of the Hotel, without any claim, losing the right to reimbursement of what was paid in advance.
